The past few nights when I’m laying in bed, Impa has started laying down on my torso and lightly clawing at my hands. She stops when I finally pet her.
Not sure if adorable or overly-attached girlfriend.

My cat doesn’t respond well to me chasing her around the apartment saying “LET ME LOVE YOU!”
Wellp, she finally did it. Impa, after all this time of sitting on my desk watching my computer screens, she FINALLY pounced on the screen to attack the mouse cursor.
It was only a matter of time.
I was obnoxiously chasing my cat saying “LET ME LOVE YOU!” when suddenly the rug in the kitchen decided to bundle up and trip me so I landed on my face right in the hallway.
Welcome to my life, folks.

So I put on this hat with all my hair underneath it and Impa got really confused. She keeps looking up at the hat, jumping onto my lap, looking at it up close, letting me pet her, jumping down, then immediately looking back up and realizing I have a hat on, then the process starts all over again. It’s kind of amusing.
On another note, this used to be a tight fitting shirt, and now it’s loose as a goose. Oh happy day.
Impa jumped up in my lap. She hasn’t done that since I started using this computer chair rather than the couch for my computer time, usually she just lays at my feet or just a little ways to my side. I think she could tell I wasn’t really feeling too great so she snuggled to cheer me up. I decided to document this occasion, like any crazy cat lady should.
Impa is our little guard kitty, but it looks like she fell asleep at her post! BACK ON YOUR FEET, SOLDIER! These guitars need to be secure!
